Message	I installed the old style to new style injector adapter kit in my vert sometime around March this year. About a month or so ago, I had an o-ring issue that required me to go back in and rework it. When I pulled the fuel rail, the lower oring between the injector and adapter was pushed almost completely through the tiny gap between the injector and adapter. I only had to touch it and it fell out. Anywho, my vert had the same issues today on the drive home and it looks like the same problem. Gas gauge dropping like a rock and fuel at exhaust tips. Had it towed home and getting ready for a plenum pull. My question is concerning the z1 adapters now. Are there any known issues with this product? My other question is can the pressure regulator fail and over pressure the fuel system and possibly lead to my oring being pushed out? I have never gotten better than 22 MPG on a long highway trip. My daily mileage is no better than 20 MPG and it's mostly highway. Feedback is appreciated as I'd like to put this to rest.
